Questions
Is it like Marg?
Yes. Classic mode follows Marg's screens and keys (F2 sale, F3 receipt, Alt-keys), so your staff don't need retraining. Smart mode adds automatic batch choice, scheme and credit checks.
Does it need the internet?
Yes, it runs online so every computer and phone shares the same data. Install it as a desktop app on Windows or Mac from the Desktop app page.
How many people can use it?
It depends on the plan. Each person gets their own login and only sees their own work: billing, doctor, salesman, accounts or marketing.
How do updates work?
Automatically. When we release a new version, it reaches your account without reinstalling, and your data stays as it is.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. The admin can download a full backup of the company's data from Account at any time.
